A must-see movie #6

The Parent Trap

Summer camp in Maine, USA. Two young redheads, Hallie and Annie, coincidentally meet and discover that they look pretty (and) similar. Soon, their common history opens up when they are banned into the isolation cabin for unsocial behaviour. Being twin sisters, their parents separated them at birth and divorced also. So, Annie grew up in London, England, living with her mother Elizabeth, who is a wedding gown designer. Hallie lived with her father Nick, a vineyard-owner, in Napa Valley, California. Both sisters decide to switch sides, as Annie never had a father and Hallie never had a mother. All works well, until Nick decides to marry Meredith, a creepy but beautiful woman who is only after his money. Now, the girls decide to let the parents meet. Let the games begin.

This movie released in 1998 but I’m not so sure when was my first time. For one thing that I know is I always enjoy watching this movie.  When I saw it I actually thought that Lindsay Lohan had a twin. hahaha! It is so interesting and fascinating to watch and it is an excellent family movie. I can’t even take my eyes off it and can’t even count how many times I’ve seen this movie. It never gets old!

A must-see movie #5

Love Actually

Everywhere you look, love is causing chaos. From the bachelor Prime Minister of the United Kingdom who, on his first day at 10 Downing Street, falls in love with the girl who brings him his tea, to a hopeless sandwich delivery guy who doesn't think he has a chance with the girls in the U.K., so he heads for Wisconsin. From aging rock stars, to a stony headmistress, to a monolingual Portuguese housemaid--love arrives in many forms, shapes and sizes. Here, ten separate--but intertwining--stories of love all lead up to a big climax on Christmas Eve, proving that love is the driving force in all of these people's lives.

Since I first saw it several years ago, Love actually became one of my favorite movies ever! All stories showed different parts of love. Some were funny, some were sad, but they were all touch my heart and I believed that it touched yours too. What I liked about this movie was charactors especially the little kids. It was a good romance film. If you never seen it before, don't be hesitate to watch it. This is a must see Christmas love story. All you need is LOVE♥.

A must-see movie #4

Happy Valentine's day!

A Walk to Remember

When a prank on a fellow high-school student goes wrong, popular but rebellious Landon Carter (Shane West) is threatened with expulsion. His punishment is mandatory participation in various after-school activities, such as tutoring disadvantaged children and performing in the drama club's spring musical. At these functions he is forced to interact with quiet, bookish Jamie Sullivan (Mandy Moore), a girl he has known for many years but to whom he has rarely ever spoken. Their differing social statures leave them worlds apart, despite their close physical proximity.

Today is Valentine's day, so i'll recommend one of my favorite movies and i was a wonderful love story. I cried like a little girl when I watched it. This movie has everything: love, romance, action, sorrow, and happiness. Jamie and Landon create a miracle; they have faith in each other. The movie will help to remind people of the value of life and of simple things!

Quotation from A Walk to Remember: Love is always patient and kind. It is never jealous. Love is never boastful or conceited. It is never rude or selfish. It does not take offense and is not resentful."

A must-see movie #3

The notebook

In a modern-day nursing home, an elderly man named Duke (James Garner) begins to read a love story from his notebook to a female fellow patient (Gena Rowlands). The story begins in 1940. At a carnival in Seabrook Island, South Carolina, local country boy Noah Calhoun (Ryan Gosling) sees seventeen-year-old heiress Allie Hamilton (Rachel McAdams) for the first time and is immediately smitten. She continuously refuses his persistent advances until their well-meaning friends lure them together; they then get to know each other on a midnight walk through empty Seabrook.

First time that I saw this movie I was getting an unstoppable crying. The notebook is such a marvelous movie; I have nothing to say more than I LOVE IT! This movie makes me know that love is all that matters. I also can’t imagine that how one man can do all great things for his beloved wife; I wish I could find some, hahaha. After you watch this movie I want you to ask yourself that, what you going to do if this situation happens to your life? Do the right thing? Or Follow your heart? Let’s this movie helps you to find the answer. :-D

A must-see movie #2

Hocus Pocus

In 1693, there lived in Salem three very powerful and deadly evil witches, the dreaded Sanderson sisters. One night, with eternal life on their minds, they began their quest, which involved stealing the life force from the pure - specifically, children. In an attempt to save his little sister from their evil clutches, young teen Thackery Binx risked it all... and lost. Taken by the villagers, the evil witches were hanged, but not before placing a curse that would allow them one more try, if the conditions could be met and a virgin would only light a special candle on the right night at the right place at the right time

Hocus pocus was my favorite movie when I was a kid. It makes me realized how much witches scared me!! Even it’s not a Halloween; it still frightened me ALL THE TIME. This awesome movie is for people of all ages. Updating this blog brings back my good memories about this movie. At that time, I had to rent the VDO to watch it at home and I was watching it over and over again, so it took 3days late to return it back. Let’s watch it and please ENJOY it. :D

The Little Rascals

The story begins with Spanky, who is the president of the "He-Man Woman Haters Club" with many school-aged boys from around the neighborhood as members. His best friend, Alfalfa, has been chosen as the driver for the club's prize-winning go-kart, called "The Blur", in the annual Soap Box Derby style race. However, when the announcement is made, Alfalfa is nowhere to be found. The boys catch Alfalfa in the company of Darla -- "a girl!" Alfalfa isn't like his friends because he's in love with Darla, and unfortunately threatens the very existence of their "boys only" club. The club's members try their hardest to break the two apart, eventually causing their beloved clubhouse to burn down. Darla is mistakenly led to believe Alfalfa feels ashamed of her, so she turns her attentions to Waldo, the new rich kid whose father is an oil tycoon.
